No practice is necessary to learn this magic effect. The case is exactly the same size as a dollar bill. It is also transparent so there is nowhere for the bill to escape.
1- You insert a borrowed bill and a sheet of white paper into a clear case.
2- You then tear them both in half using a length of string.
3- The paper is still torn into pieces, but the bill is unharmed !
